Customer Scopes of Work

During the course of normal business, it has been my duty to describe in detail the actions to be taken to complete the installation and reconfiguration jobs that we sold. These details were gone over with the customer and the responsible installation engineer so that they both would know what to expect. Occasionally, when we chose to take on an additional product or service, I was asked to create a scope of work to better define what our offering would be. I have included example scopes of work from the product offerings that I was asked to detail. The scopes of work for an equipment installation are very similar in structure. At HP-Procurve, I was also responsible to thoroughly document everything in the finished system to preserve the technical knowledge and to train and teach others.
